All orders are custom-made and have a no-return or exchange policy.

 You have 10 days from the time of purchase to notify us of any problems with your order.

All orders will run at the same time once the store closes.

We will bag/label each order when completed, and orders will be passed out at a practice or game.

Orders should be completed and ready for delivery the week of Nov 16th - later in the week if not before.
