 All orders are custom made and have a no return or exchange policy.

If your item was a stocked item, you may exchange for a different size. 

Current turn time for non stocked embroidered items is 10-15 business days during the busy season of June - December.

Monday:*11am - 4pm     

Tuesday:*1pm - 4:30pm 

    Wednesday: *11am - 4pm

       Thursday:*1pm - 4:30pm 

   Friday: Closed for updating inventory, ordering, re-stocking.

Arrangements will be made if the hours above do not fit your schedule.

Canceling orders or any portion of the order: You will be refunded back on the credit card used for your purchase, minus $10.00 min fee for credit card fees which we ared charged for your cancellation.
