Current turn time for non stocked embroidery items is 10-12 business days during the busy season of July-December. 

 

*Hours available to meet with clients: Monday:*10-2      Tuesday:*10-2        Wednesday:*1-5      Thursday:*10-2     Friday: Closed for updating inventory, ordering, re-stocking.

Arrangements will be made if the hours above do not fit your schedule.

Stocked items may be exchanged. Others are made to order and are we are not able to exchange or refund. Please email us if you would like to try something on, or see if it is a non refundable item. We are happy to help you!

 

Canceling orders or any portion of the order: You will be refunded back on the credit card used for your purchase, minus $5.00 min fee for credit card fees we are charged for your cancellation.
