Current turn time for non stocked embroidery items is 10-12 business days during the busy season of July-December.

ALL items MUST be marked with last name, or some sort of identification. Either on the price tag or inside the collar with masking tape.

If items are NOT tagged with some sort of identification, there will be an additional $5 charge.

I work from my home, so you will not be looking for a store front. I have a blue tote on the front porch for customer pick up and drop off. Feel free to drop off or pick up at your convience.
