Christmas deadline for NON-stocked items and embroidery is November 23rd.

For screened items such as tees and sweatshirts, the DEADLINE is set for December 13th

Please take time to read the below

SPIRIT WEAR ITEMS: Are custom-made and have a no return or exchange policy.

You have 10 days after you receive your order to notify us of any problems with your order.

Current turnaround time for non-stocked embroidered items is 10-15 business days during the busy season of June - December.

Monday:*11am - 4pm

Tuesday:*1pm - 4:30pm

Wednesday: *11am - 4pm

Thursday:*1pm - 4:30pm

Friday: Closed for updating inventory, ordering, and restocking.

Arrangements will be made if the hours above do not fit your schedule.

Canceling orders or any portion of the order: You will be refunded to the credit card used for your purchase, minus a $10.00 min fee for credit card fees, which we are charged for your cancellation.

THINGS TO KNOW

Embroidery Pricing: (Uniform Logo) On provided apparel, it is drop-off only.

Contact information and payment must be included with apparel you would like embroidered.

$8.50 per item

ALL items MUST be marked with last name, or some sort of identification. Either on the price tag or inside the collar with masking tape.

If items are NOT tagged with some sort of identification, there will be an additional $10.00 charge.

Dropping off/Picking up information:

Address for dropping items off or picking orders up: 4733 Ackerman Blvd. - Kettering, OH 45429

We work out of Lori's home, so you will not be looking for a storefront.

There is a brown wicker tote on the front porch for customer pickup and drop-off. Feel free to drop off or pick up at your convenience.

Please notify us that you have dropped off apparel.
